MPS Accreditation
All Muir Property Solutions operatives are Health and Safety accredited and have attended Site Management and Safety Training Schemes.
They are also accredited by Gas Safe and National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting, as well as being certified in Quality and Environment Management.
MPS workers complete regular training, including asbestos awareness, lone working, and working at heights, and the use of a new online management tool is helping MPS provide an even more efficient service to Muir residents.
The AccuServ tool is accessed by maintenance operatives on mobile devices so they can update information while out and about and respond to issues proactively.
All MPS operatives also have online Personal Data Assistants allowing them to be more responsive by picking up jobs fed to them online, while all MPS vans are fitted with tracking devices to help ensure the health and safety of staff, and residents, continues to come first throughout each and every day.
