MAINTAINING Good Governance is a bedrock of what we do at Muir Group Housing Association.
It ensures we can provide good foundations for our residents, and a stability which means we can always seek to enhance the services we offer.
Following a strong regulatory framework means we are compliant with landlord health and safety, and are inspired achieve best practice in everything we do.
Muir holds V1 and G1 ratings, the highest governance and viability ratings available in the housing sector – awarded by the Regulator for Social Housing.
Maintaining Good Governance played an integral role in that achievement and is integral to our future.
This year saw the launch of Muir’s new National Resident Group which has a direct link to the Muir Group Board, and is being consulted on key issues, policies and priorities affecting the services we provide to residents.
