After applying for a property, she was delighted to be offered one for affordable rent, in the village where she’d lived for the last 24 years.
Magella said the provision of Muir’s new-build homes underlined the importance of creating quality affordable housing to help keep communities together amid escalating house prices, and praised the Association for the service she’d received.
