Three New Muir Residents Enjoy Settling Into Life on Same Estate

THREE new Muir residents have all been settling into homes on the same estate as they rediscover an exciting sense of stability.

Diana Carter, Mike Gerrard and Cassie Simpson all moved into their own personal Chester HQs recently after Muir Group Housing Association helped them into new accommodation.

They are now all enjoying life on the Queen’s Place estate, and are getting to know each other following Muir’s efforts to provide them with new beginnings.

Diana Carter “I love the building and the location,” said Diana (right), a mature Chester University student, originally from Bogota in Colombia.

“Chester is a really nice city and I have settled in well.

“Being here has made life a lot easier and it is helping me to concentrate on my studies.

“Muir’s Tenancy Services Officer, Daniel Lewis, has been really great and I feel like I would love to stay forever.”

Muir recently installed new CCTV cameras at Queen’s Place to help provide new and existing residents with an enhanced sense of security, as well as additional lighting.

Gas maintenance engineer, Mike, was keen to remain in the city having been born and bred in Chester.

“The new CCTV cameras help to give everyone peace of mind.

“There is a nice atmosphere at Queen’s Place and I have settled in fine.

“The property had a new kitchen and I have enjoyed decorating it so I am really pleased with everything.”
