SATISFIED WITH MUIR’S SATISFACTION SURVEY? HAVE YOUR SAY!

YOU can help revamp Muir’s annual Customer Satisfaction Survey to ensure it’s up to scratch next time you fill it out.

Each year Muir Group Housing Association surveys a random 10% sample of our residents based on age and location to measure your satisfaction and understand your experiences.

The survey we use is a standard one used across the housing sector, and is co-ordinated by HouseMark - one of the UK housing sector’s largest membership organisations.

Muir staff Now’s your chance to get involved and help make sure the survey stays fit for purpose for residents nationwide.

“We’d really appreciate it if you could give a few minutes to completing the survey so it can be enhanced.”  Liam Radford, Muir’s Customer Experience Manager (pictured) said.

“Muir’s use of the HouseMark survey allows us to compare our customer satisfaction performance to other similar housing providers.

“HouseMark are currently consulting on ways to improve the satisfaction survey and would like your feedback – it’s a great chance to have your say.”

Your feedback will be used to improve the nationwide surveying of residents and deliver sector wide improvements which Muir Group customers will benefit from.

The survey will close on Friday, September 20th, 2019. All responses are anonymous.

Muir will publish the insight gathered on www.muir.org.uk following publication from HouseMark in October 2019.
