New Muir shared ownership homes proclaimed 'fit for kings'
NEW Muir shared ownership homes have been proclaimed fit for the King’s View site over which they now reign.
The homes are ready to welcome new families after the Association received handover of the two and three-bedroom properties, which become the latest Muir homes to receive their finishing touches.
Developed by Stewart Milne Homes, the Chester houses promise to usher in the area’s next generation of homeowners, and form the first part of a two-phase development at the sought-after King’s View site.
Muir’s Trainee Development Officer, Sophie Whittingham (pictured), said: “We can’t wait for these new shared ownership properties to play their part in helping families to embrace their futures.
“This development definitely has Muir’s seal of approval and the homes are a very fitting addition to the site at King’s View.”
The three shared ownership homes will be joined by a further six two-bedroom properties at King’s View this summer – all of which will be made available by Muir for affordable rent.
Work began on developing the new homes at the King’s View site towards the end of 2017.
