MUIR’S NEW CORPORATE PLAN PROVIDES A HOUSING VISION FOR YOUR FUTURE
MUIR’S 2019-21 Corporate Plan outlines the Association’s strategy for the next three years.
The plan explains key areas of Muir’s bid to improve customer satisfaction levels while enhancing services and ensuring value for money for residents.
It also includes Muir’s commitment to building 75% more new homes to help tackle the housing crisis as well as our responsibility towards ensuring resident safety in our properties.
David Gardiner, chair of the Muir Group Board said: “Our corporate plan sets out a positive future following a period of unprecedented change.
“We maintain our commitment to our social objectives of improving the lives of people in communities where we work.
“We aim to improve levels of resident satisfaction and reduce operating costs while including the use of digital technology.”
