MORE MUIR BUNGALOWS HIT THE STREETS AS MUIR READIES THE WELCOME MAT FOR NEW RESIDENTS
SIX more Muir bungalows have hit the streets as the Association prepares the welcome mat for new residents.
Situated in the small Cheshire town of Alsager the bungalows have all been made available for affordable rent and their new occupants are all set to move in asap.
The four one-bedroom and two two-bedroom bungalows are set to be followed by two two-bed houses later in the year.
Muir Project Manager, Rob Kirkham (pictured far right), says the properties are an exciting addition for Alsager and for the new Muir residents who will get to call them home.
“We’re thrilled to be bringing these bungalows to Alsager,” Rob said.
“We think they will make lovely new homes for people and we’re looking forward to handing over the keys already.
“The properties are fulfilling a need for affordable bungalows in the area, and the fact that we have new residents all ready to move in shows how Muir is catering to the area.
“We believe the two-bed houses are going to be just as sought after when they arrive and we’re already looking forward to seeing families enjoying them too.”
The properties, built by Stuart Milne Homes, are positioned on former farmland on the edge of the town and with great access to the M6.
They are the latest to be delivered by Muir as the Association begins to upscale the number of new affordable homes it is providing each year, both for affordable rent and shared ownership.
