CHARMING CHESTER HOMES WILL HELP NEW MUIR RESIDENTS CELEBRATE 2019
CHARMING new Muir homes have been completed in Chester as the Association ensures city life remains affordable for residents.
The six two-bedroom properties are all being made available for affordable rent and form the second phase of the development at Kings View, just a short distance from Chester’s historic city centre.
Built by Stewart Milne Homes, the houses were completed after Muir made three two and three-bedroom properties available for shared ownership in 2018.
And Muir’s Trainee Development Officer, Sophie Whittingham, says the newly built homes are a fantastic way for the families who will be moving in to celebrate the New Year.
“These homes really are going to give people and families a great start to 2019 in Chester,” Sophie said.
“City living can be expensive but Muir is proving there is an affordable solution while living in a comfortable and quality new home within a lovely community.
“The Kings View site has proved very popular and Muir looks forward to seeing residents enjoying their new lives in these very pretty properties.”
The development forms part of Muir Group Housing Association’s enhanced Building New Homes strategy - committing to building more new properties to help address the shortfall in affordable housing across the country.
Muir is currently developing new affordable homes in Fylde, Blackpool and Baston, many of which are scheduled for completion in 2019.
