HAPPY new homeowners will soon be moving into even more new Muir properties.
Families in Fylde are taking advantage of the five new shared ownership homes made available by Muir after building work on the Wrea Green development was completed last week.
The two and three-bedroom properties are the latest in a line of affordable new Muir homes being released by the Association.
And Muir’s Development Manager, Alex Fury, says the houses help to increase the opportunities for quality affordable living in Fylde – starting at just £62,000 for a 40% share.
“This really is a great chance for people in the area to get a quality home at a really affordable price,” Alex said.
“Opportunities for affordable home ownership don’t come much better than this and Muir is proud to be helping people onto the property ladder at a price they can afford.

Built by Hollinwood Homes, the properties off Bryning Lane arrive just days after Muir took handover of six new houses in Chester marking the second phase of a nine-home development which is providing a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership opportunities to people in the city.
