MUIR LIVING RESIDENTS PUT SAFETY FIRST WITH LANCASHIRE FIRE AND RESCUE VISIT
RESIDENTS at a Muir Living location enjoyed some fire safety training with Lancashire Fire and Rescue.
The residents at our Muir Living location of Shalom Lodge in Lytham St Annes were visited by a fire safety advisor who helped them understand more about things they can do to stay safe at home.
They were also offered home visits by the fire service as Katy Holder, Fire Safety Advisor at Lancashire Fire and Rescue, provided information that can help save lives.
“Our Muir Living residents found the visit from Lancashire Fire and Rescue very helpful,” Andrew Gerrard, Muir’s Senior Fire Officer said.
“Some of them also took up an offer by the fire service to do some home visits, so they could get a little more advice.
“It was a really valuable session and we’re really pleased to work with the fire service to help us keep Muir Living residents safe in their homes.”
